How do I choose a size?

Compare your measurements with the chart on the specific product page. A letter size is a garment label, not a promise of a standard US fit. Where only body-height guidance is available, we label it clearly. Contact us before ordering if a measurement you need is missing.

What is included in a matching set?

The Fabric & contents table lists each included garment. Shoes, bags, belts and other styling pieces in a photograph are excluded unless the product page specifically includes them.

Will the color look exactly like my screen?

Lighting and screen settings can shift color. Use the color option name and the available photographs together; contact us if you need help choosing a shade.

How should I wash a piece?

Follow the care label attached to your garment. Fabric blends and trims vary, so do not assume that every knit or denim-style item follows the same care instructions.

Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

Delivery is available within the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by transit of 3–7 days. See the Shipping Policy for delivery details.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal reaches $59 after discounts and before tax. A subtotal below $59 has a $6.99 standard delivery charge.

Can I return a piece that does not work for me?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Keep it unworn, unused and in its original packaging with attached tags. Return to TrendSupply Apparel LLC, 924 Olive Ave Apt 7, Long Beach, CA 90813. We cover return postage for quality problems, incorrect items and transit damage; you cover it for other reasons.

When is a refund issued?

We inspect a returned parcel within 3–5 business days of receipt. An approved return is then refunded to the original payment method. The bank or payment service determines when the credit posts.
