These terms apply to your use of trendsupplywear.com and purchases from TrendSupply Apparel LLC. By using the shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Shopping and order information

Provide accurate contact and address details and use the shop lawfully. You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement. An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your request; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled goods.

Products and fit

Descriptions explain the garments and package contents for each listing. Items styled alongside the named garment are excluded unless specifically listed as included. Screen settings and lighting can alter the appearance of color. Size labels vary, so consult the specific size notes rather than relying on a universal letter-to-US-size conversion.

Prices and corrections

Prices are in US dollars. Delivery charges and any applicable tax are shown at checkout. We may correct an error in a price, description or availability. If an error affects your order, we will explain it and offer the choice of proceeding with the corrected information or canceling for a refund.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Our Shipping Policy describes our contiguous-US delivery area, processing of 1–3 business days and transit of 3–7 days. Standard shipping is free at $59 and $6.99 below that threshold.

The Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 30-day return window and inspection process. The Privacy Policy describes how personal information and necessary cookies are handled. These policies form part of these terms.

Website content and responsibility

Our brand design and original written content may not be reused commercially without permission. You may use the site for personal shopping. Do not interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from site use. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right or remedy that applicable law protects. California law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you reside.
