Shipping Policy

We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Our delivery area excludes Alaska, Hawaii, territories, military postal addresses and international destinations.

From order to doorstep

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Once a parcel is dispatched, transit takes 3–7 days. These are separate stages; please allow for both when planning your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Tracking information is emailed when your parcel is dispatched. Weather, carrier disruptions or an incomplete address can affect arrival. If a delay changes the promised shipping schedule, we will contact you with the revised timing and your option to cancel for a refund rather than wait.

Delivery cost

Standard shipping is $6.99 when the merchandise subtotal is below $59. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more receive free standard shipping. The threshold is calculated after any applicable discounts and before tax.

Address changes and delivery concerns

Check your apartment number, state and ZIP code before placing your order. Email us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. If tracking marks a parcel delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members and the carrier, then contact us so we can help review the delivery.
