Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to contact us about a return. We welcome a careful try-on indoors; garments returned to us must remain unworn, unused and in their original packaging, with any attached tags intact.

Email [email protected] or call +1 818 402 1772 with your order number and the pieces you wish to send back. For a damaged or incorrect item, include a brief description and, if practical, photographs. You may also use our contact form.

Include your order number inside the parcel. Pack each piece securely and retain the return tracking receipt. Contacting us first helps us match the parcel to your order; the address above is our return destination.

Who covers return postage?

We cover the return shipping cost when the item has a quality defect, is the wrong item, or arrives damaged in transit. For a change of mind, a color preference or a size choice, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. There is no additional fee for restocking an accepted return.

Inspection and refund

We inspect a return within 3–5 business days after it arrives. Once approved, we initiate a refund to the original payment method and send a confirmation. Your bank or payment service controls when the credit becomes visible in your account.

Accepted returns are refunded for the returned merchandise and any applicable tax. Original delivery charges are refunded when the return is due to our error or an item problem; for preference or fit returns, the original delivery charge is not refundable. Items showing wear, washing or damage after delivery may be declined; we will explain the result of the inspection.

Exchanges and cancellations

To change a size or color, contact us about returning the original piece and placing a separate order for your preferred option. For cancellation requests, get in touch promptly. An order that has already been dispatched follows the return process.
